Alexandra Raisman
Aly Raisman has been a gymnast in the United States for more than 10 seasons. She was part of, and captain, for the US Olympic women's gymnastics team Final Five (2012) and Final Five (2016). Aly Raisman is one of the gymnasts from the United USA who took gold in the 2012 Olympics. As a result, she was the first American to compete at an Olympics with the top medal count. The 2016 Olympics included her winning a gold at the team event. This earned her as well as Gabby the distinction of being the first Americans ever to have consecutive gold medals for a team. She also won two silver medals in the floor and for an individual all-around. Three years had passed since she last competed in competitive gymnastics. Additionally, she was an athlete on two gold medal winning world championship teams. She began her gymnastics training when she was just two years old and is a fan of the floor workout. Aly is a member of an organization called the Uniting Against Lung Cancer organization to honor her mother who was diagnosed with cancer and passed away. She is planning to pursue the field of fashion, and would like to expand her leotard line as well as socks in the future. Fierce, a new book she's working on, will be published at the end of this year.
