Julie Anne Smith, A.K.A. Julianne Moor is an Hollywood writer and actor that has won critical acclaim for her skills. Sagittarius born the actress was born on the 3rd of December of 1960 in North Carolina. She's one of the three youngest children of Peter Moore Smith and Anne Smith. Peter was a parachutist.
